Greater Paris Metropolitan Region, June 2024 – Julie Gastard has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Geopost. With a wealth of experience in human resources and corporate transformation, Julie will lead the HR function to support Geopost’s strategic goals and drive organizational excellence.
Julie Gastard joins Geopost with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Prior to this, she served at ENGIE as the Head of Human Resources & Change Management – GBS and Vice President Corporate Transformation, overseeing HR strategies and corporate transformation initiatives for over 2 years.
Julie also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Bpifrance, contributing her expertise to accelerate small and medium companies since June 2022. Before her role at ENGIE, she spent nearly a decade at Solvay, holding positions such as Exec. Vice President Human Resources & Communication, Peroxides Global Business Unit, Exec. Vice President Human Resources, Group Industrial and Excellence Center, and Vice President Human Resources, Group Strategy, Marketing & Sales. Her contributions at Solvay included developing and executing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, and leading organizational transformations.
Julie’s earlier career includes significant roles at Capgemini and Deloitte where she managed transformation projects and supported HR transformations. She started her career as a Junior Consultant at CRECI Consultants, focusing on change management and communication strategies.
