Irving, Texas, United States, December 2024 – Kailey McNutt has assumed her new role as Director, People Analytics at McKesson, a leading healthcare company dedicated to advancing health outcomes. In her expanded capacity, Kailey will lead efforts to leverage data-driven insights to support workforce strategies and organizational development.
Kailey has been with McKesson for over three years, where she previously served as Senior People Analytics Consultant. In this role, she provided internal consultancy using people data to support business units, including McKesson’s international Canada business. Her work spanned organizational network analysis, workforce planning, DEI reviews, and turnover forecasting. She utilized tools such as Tableau, Visier, and Glint to develop actionable insights.
Prior to joining McKesson, Kailey was a People Development Specialist at Bell Flight, where she led employee engagement programs and culture transformation initiatives. She also managed the talent review process and partnered with McChrystal consulting group on organizational assessments. Earlier at Bell, she participated in the HR Development Program, gaining expertise in HR business partnering and talent acquisition.
Kailey’s career began as a Human Resources Business Partner Intern at Bell Helicopter, where she developed engagement tracking matrices, standardized job titles, and created engineering job descriptions. Her strong foundation in HR practices and analytics has driven her success in increasingly strategic roles.
Kailey holds a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on Business Administration from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Dallas, showcasing her commitment to blending analytical skills with human resources expertise.
