Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — NoBroker.com, India’s first Proptech unicorn, has announced the appointment of Kashti Manghani as Director, marking a strategic addition to its leadership team as the company continues to expand its customer and technology-driven real estate ecosystem.
With over eight years of diverse experience spanning e-commerce, food-tech, healthcare, consulting, and financial services, Kashti brings a unique blend of strategic and operational expertise across growth, customer experience, supply strategy, marketing, business finance, and organizational design. In her new role, she will focus on driving insight-led decision-making, process optimization, and scalable business growth at NoBroker.com.
Before taking on this role, Kashti served as Associate Director at NoBroker.com, where she contributed to several high-impact initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s digital and customer engagement models. Earlier, she worked at Swiggy, where she led supply and discounting strategy and managed multiple agile transformation projects, optimizing delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Her professional journey also includes significant tenures at Abbott India Ltd., Equifax, and EY, where she worked on GST transition frameworks, transfer pricing models, valuation projects, and competitive marketing strategies. She began her career with roles at Elanic.in and Meliorate Consulting Services, gaining early exposure to brand management, digital engagement, and market analysis.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Kashti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, reflecting her strong interdisciplinary foundation. Her education and professional experience together position her to build strategic linkages between technology, analytics, and human-centric innovation in her new mandate.
