Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 — Kasturi Paladhi has joined Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages as Head of Communications and Social Media, bringing extensive expertise in corporate communications, public relations, and brand strategy. With over a decade of experience shaping narratives and building impactful campaigns, Kasturi is set to lead external communication efforts for the company, enhancing brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Kasturi served as Assistant Vice President at Protean eGov Technologies, where she led strategic communication initiatives and media outreach. Prior to that, she was Head of Public Relations at CoinSwitch, managing crisis communications, thought leadership, and public image for one of India’s leading crypto platforms. At Xiaomi India, she served as Lead – Public Relations and Communications, overseeing national campaigns and corporate storytelling for one of the largest smartphone brands in the country.
She has also worked with Black Shark, MSL Group, and Charities Aid Foundation India, gaining experience across corporate, non-profit, and consumer tech sectors. Her communications leadership at Genesis Foundation and Genesis Burson-Marsteller further strengthened her expertise in media relations, content strategy, and leadership communications.
Kasturi holds a postgraduate diploma in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from the Xavier Institute of Communications and a degree in English Literature from Miranda House, University of Delhi. Her career reflects a blend of creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and a passion for purpose-driven communication.
At Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, she will spearhead communication and social media strategy, contributing to the company’s growth by building strong brand narratives, managing media relations, and fostering trust through transparent and impactful messaging.
