Newton, MA, United States, July 2025 – Kathy Cullen-Cote has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at CyberArk, the global leader in identity security. In this role, she will spearhead the company’s global people strategy, drive employee engagement, and shape a high-performance culture aligned with CyberArk’s mission to protect critical assets against escalating cyber threats.
Kathy joins CyberArk after more than six years at Teradata, where she served as Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President. During her tenure, she led comprehensive HR transformations, embedding a people-centric mindset throughout the organization and aligning talent strategy with the company’s enterprise analytics evolution.
Previously, Kathy spent over 16 years at PTC, where she held multiple global HR leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. She was a key driver of organizational effectiveness during major transformation phases and played a pivotal role in scaling HR functions across geographies and business units.
Earlier in her career, she contributed significantly to workforce development and HR strategy through roles at Imark Communications, Mitek (a division of Johnson & Johnson), Badger Engineers (a division of Raytheon), and Barry Controls. She also served as a Board Member of the Massachusetts Workforce Development Board, advising the Governor on statewide education and workforce alignment.
