Auburn Hills, Michigan, United States, March 2026 — Visioneering Inc. has appointed Kathy Soltis as Director of Human Resources. Based in Auburn Hills, she will lead the company’s HR function, supporting workforce strategy, HR operations, compliance, talent priorities, and employee experience as Visioneering continues serving the aerospace, space, and defense industries.
Kathy brings deep, long-tenured HR leadership experience across manufacturing and services environments, with a track record spanning HR operations, employee relations, policy governance, and organizational support.
Prior to joining Visioneering Inc., Kathy served for more than 11 years at Legacy Industries as Human Resources Director in Auburn Hills. In that role, she led end-to-end HR responsibilities, supporting day-to-day HR operations while strengthening people programs and organizational alignment.
Earlier, she worked with Models & Tools as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting business-facing HR priorities and HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Before that, she served as Human Resources Supervisor at Potestivo & Associates, P.C., building experience across HR operations, compliance support, and internal HR service delivery.
Kathy’s earlier HR leadership includes serving as Human Resources & Training Manager at Interior Dynamics, where she supported HR operations alongside training and development priorities.
