Ashland, Oregon, United States, January 2026 — Lithia & Driveway has announced the promotion of Katie Macaddino to the role of Senior Vice President, People & Culture (HR). In her expanded leadership mandate, Macaddino will steer the organization’s global People & Culture strategy across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, further strengthening the company’s mission of “Growth Powered by People.”
Macaddino’s elevation recognizes her instrumental role in building a high-performance, people-first culture that accelerates business growth, enhances employee engagement, and develops future-ready leadership capabilities across Lithia & Driveway’s expanding global footprint.
In her most recent role at Lithia & Driveway, Macaddino served as Vice President, People & Culture, where she led global people strategies focused on recruitment, leadership development, engagement and rewards, ensuring that employees across regions were empowered to thrive and grow within the organization.
Earlier, she held the position of Senior Director, HR Business Partner – East Region and Support Groups, where she strengthened organizational design, talent strategy and leadership development frameworks while supporting major regional and corporate business units.
Prior to joining Lithia & Driveway, Macaddino spent more than fourteen years at Intel Corporation, where she most recently served as Director, Technologist Learning and Development Programs. At Intel, she led enterprise-wide learning, diversity, leadership and executive development initiatives, and earlier held key roles including Global Business HR Chief of Staff, Executive Talent Manager, and Global Leadership & Learning Chief of Staff, playing a pivotal role in shaping Intel’s global talent and leadership ecosystem.
