With extensive experience in HR leadership roles across diverse industries, Kavitha will play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy, fostering talent development, and driving HR initiatives to align with LAPP India’s business objectives.
Prior to joining LAPP India, Kavitha served as Group Human Resources Manager at Coats, where she successfully led strategic HR initiatives for over a year, contributing to talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Before Coats, Kavitha held the position of Head – Human Resource Management at Sartorius India Group for over four years. She was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals, promoting leadership development, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.
Kavitha also gained experience as Head of Human Resources at BiosTec Data Safety Services Private Limited, where she managed HR functions in a startup environment, showcasing her adaptability and strategic thinking.
Her career foundation was built during her eight-year tenure at Britannia Industries Limited, where she contributed to various HR processes and initiatives, laying the groundwork for her expertise in HR operations and talent management.
