Prior to joining Pebble Beach Resorts, Kelly Buchanan played a pivotal role as the Chief People Officer at Revinate, a prominent SaaS provider in the hospitality sector, from May 2022 to May 2024. At Revinate, she significantly contributed to leadership development and strategic talent management, which were critical in enhancing the company’s innovative culture and high employee engagement.
Before her tenure at Revinate, Buchanan served as the Vice President of People at Landing from May 2021 to April 2022, where she was instrumental in refining the company’s HR practices and leadership training programs. Her efforts ensured a cohesive alignment with the company’s expansive business goals.
Further back, Buchanan was deeply involved with Revinate for over six years, where she initially took on the role of VP of People before advancing to Chief People Officer.
