Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Neon One, the nonprofit software platform dedicated to empowering communities of generosity, has announced the appointment of Kerri Zunkowski as Chief People Officer. Her appointment comes at a significant time as Neon One accelerates its growth and deepens its focus on building a people-first culture that supports long-term success.
Kerri Zunkowski brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, talent strategy, and employee engagement, and has a proven track record in leading organizational transformation. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Vixxo, a facilities management technology company, where she led HR initiatives for over 750 employees. Prior to that, she held the same title at Keap, where she introduced a Leadership Success Profile that encouraged a company-wide culture of leadership, significantly improving overall employee engagement and performance.

Her appointment marks a reunion with Keith Reed, CEO of Neon One, with whom she previously collaborated at Keap.
