Cambridge, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Kerry Bryant has stepped into the role of Head of Leadership, Talent & Development at Marshall Motor Group, where she will be responsible for spearheading the company’s talent development strategy, leadership capability building, and fostering a high-performance learning culture across the organisation.
Prior to joining Marshall Motor Group, Kerry served as Head of Talent & Learning at ALD | Leaseplan UK for approximately one year, where she led strategic talent programs and learning interventions across the merged business. Her role was instrumental during the post-merger integration phase.

Previously, she spent over six years at ALD Automotive UK, progressing through roles including Head of Talent & Learning, Senior People Development Partner, and People Development Business Partner. In these capacities, Kerry was pivotal in embedding learning agility, performance management frameworks, and career development strategies within the company.
Before her tenure at ALD, Kerry had a successful career with LV=, where she worked for nearly 11 years across a variety of roles including South West Regional Training Partner, Training Consultant, Operational Trainer, and Customer Service Representative. Her time at LV= laid the foundation for her deep expertise in learning, development, and operational training.
