New York City, New York, United States, September 2025 – Kevin Bannerton has taken on a new role as Chief Business Development Officer at R&T Deposit Solutions. In his new capacity, he will lead strategic growth initiatives, expanding client relationships, and advancing the company’s innovative financial solutions for banks, wealth managers, and other institutions.
Kevin has been an integral part of R&T Deposit Solutions for more than three years. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer, overseeing product innovation and client-focused solutions. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and Head of Wealth Management, where he played a pivotal role in shaping wealth strategies and advancing the firm’s market presence.
Prior to joining R&T, Kevin spent over six years with Total Bank Solutions, LLC, where he first served as Managing Director, then CFO & Head of Corporate Strategy, and later as Partner/CFO. In these roles, he guided the company’s financial operations, strategy, and client services, strengthening its position in the financial services landscape.
Kevin’s earlier career includes senior leadership positions at global financial institutions. At Deutsche Asset Management (DWS Group), he was Managing Director and Head of Americas Liquidity Management for more than seven years. He also held leadership roles at BlackRock, where he was Director and Portfolio Strategist for Short Duration Fixed Income, and at Merrill Lynch as Director, contributing to investment strategies and client management across markets.
He began his career in financial services with a strong focus on investment management, sales, and strategy, building expertise that would later define his leadership path. His academic foundation includes an MBA in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management, equipping him with the analytical and strategic capabilities that underpin his extensive industry success.
