Farmington Hills, Michigan, United States, July 2024 – Kezia Elliott-Footman has started a new position as Head of Human Resources, Thermal Management N.A. at MAHLE. She brings extensive experience in human resources leadership to this role.
Kezia Elliott-Footman has been with MAHLE for over five years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Head of Human Resources, Charleston, where she led HR initiatives for five and a half years.
Before joining MAHLE, Kezia was a Human Resources Manager, Engineering at UTC Aerospace Systems for a year and a half, overseeing HR functions in engineering.
Her experience also includes three years as a Human Resources Manager at Stanley Black & Decker in Fort Mill, South Carolina, where she managed HR activities for the region.
Kezia held the position of Senior Human Resources Supervisor at Johnson Controls Power Solutions Recycling Center for nearly two years, contributing to HR operations and strategic initiatives in Florence, South Carolina.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Roche Carolina Inc. for almost seven years, where she was instrumental in HR management and employee relations.
Kezia began her HR career at Tupperware Manufacturing, serving as a Human Resources Advisor for over three years, where she developed foundational HR skills and expertise.
