Kim brings over three years of leadership experience at Power Technologies Company, where she previously served as Vice President, HR and Business Systems. During this tenure, she was instrumental in aligning people strategy with business systems, fostering cross-functional integration, and advancing the company’s transformation agenda through talent, technology, and process synergy.
Prior to joining Power Technologies, Kim held the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Strategy at Mangrove Inc for over four years. She played a key role in enabling organizational alignment, leadership development, and global talent solutions for clients across sectors, focusing on strategic HR interventions and growth enablement.
Earlier in her career, Kim served as Global Director of Human Resources at Superwinch, where she spent four years overseeing HR operations across multi-site manufacturing and sales organizations in the US and the UK, catering to sectors such as automotive, industrial, and military.
Kim also spent nearly a decade as President of PREA, a full-service real estate appraisal firm based in San Jose, California. In this capacity, she led business operations, team development, and client engagement across Northern California, showcasing her entrepreneurial and leadership capabilities early in her career.
