Hartford, Connecticut, United States, March 2025 – Kimberly Surridge has been promoted to Associate Director, Talent Management Partner at Pratt & Whitney, a leading aerospace manufacturer and RTX business. In her new role, Kimberly will continue supporting the company’s global talent strategy and workforce development goals, driving impactful HR initiatives aligned with the evolving needs of the business.
Over the past five years at Pratt & Whitney, Kimberly has held progressive roles, including Specialist, Manager, and Senior Manager, Talent Management Partner. During this time, she has played a pivotal role in enhancing workforce engagement, talent development, and HR partnership effectiveness across the organization.

Prior to joining Pratt & Whitney, she served as HR Business Partner at Jacobs Vehicle Systems, where she led full lifecycle HR operations for cross-functional teams. Her earlier experience includes a substantial tenure at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), where she progressed from HR Resource Partner to Business Partner Associate, managing recruitment, orientation, HRIS systems, and policy integration. She also began her professional journey at Bank of America, holding various client-facing and operations roles across a six-year period.
