Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Parle Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Kiran Elag as Senior General Manager – Business Development. In this role, he will be responsible for strengthening business development initiatives, expanding market presence, and driving strategic growth across the company’s advanced processing and packaging machinery portfolio, serving pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, food, and beverage sectors.
In his current role at Parle Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Kiran Elag has taken charge as Senior General Manager – Business Development, based in Mumbai. He brings deep expertise in building business relationships, shaping business development strategies, and expanding market opportunities in highly specialized industrial segments.
Prior to joining Parle Global Technologies, Kiran Elag spent nearly 18 years at Gansons, where he most recently served as Vice President – Non-Pharma Sales & Agency Business. During this long tenure, he led international product brands including Quadro (Canada), Resodyne (USA), Aishin (Japan), Hanningfield (UK), Admix (USA), along with the Gansons product portfolio of mixers, dryers, and integrated systems. His responsibilities included strategy formulation, market expansion, customer relationship development, brand positioning, and full product lifecycle ownership.
Earlier at Gansons, he held progressive roles such as Senior Manager – Sales and Product Manager – Quadro Products, contributing to sales growth, product positioning, and market development across India. His work involved client engagement, solution delivery, and cross-functional coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained business growth.
At the beginning of his career, Kiran Elag worked with Jubilant Organosys Limited as Regional Sales Manager, handling the Industrial Adhesives business across western India, where he significantly exceeded sales targets. He also held roles at Cosmo Films Limited as Senior Executive – Corporate Sales, and earlier as Application Development Engineer & Business Development Executive, working closely with large FMCG clients such as Parle, Britannia, Unilever, and Colgate. He began his professional journey as a Management Trainee, gaining exposure across production and sales functions.
