Singapore, October 2024 – Kimberly-Clark has appointed Kitty Li as the Vice President, Human Resources, Enterprise Markets (Global), marking a strategic addition to the company’s HR leadership team. In her new role, Kitty will report directly to the Global Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing a diverse portfolio of HR functions for Kimberly-Clark’s personal care business valued at over USD 2.7 billion across more than 100 countries. She will play a crucial role in supporting global leaders and driving strategic people and culture initiatives throughout Kimberly-Clark’s commercial and manufacturing operations worldwide.
Kitty joined Kimberly-Clark in November 2021 as Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific, where she led HR strategies across this critical region. Previously, she served as SVP and Chief People Officer at Walmart China, where she oversaw HR functions for Walmart’s extensive China operations, based in Hong Kong SAR. Her tenure at DFS Group Limited as Vice President, Human Resources Asia North further solidified her HR expertise within the retail sector.
Before joining Walmart, Kitty built a robust HR career at Procter & Gamble, where she spent over 16 years in various leadership roles. Notable positions included Global HR Director for Information Technology in the Cincinnati area, Global HR Director for Duracell Personal Power in Greater New York, and Director of Human Resources, Greater China. Her earlier roles at P&G spanned HR leadership positions in the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia, emphasizing her extensive experience in both regional and global HR functions.
