Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Kushal Vardhan has been promoted to Director at Delhivery, taking on expanded responsibilities to drive revenue growth in the Full-Truckload (FTL) Transportation division. Energized by the road ahead, he aims to further build, optimize and scale Delhivery’s FTL business while strengthening performance across key commercial and operational levers.
In his most recent role, Kushal served as Senior Manager at Delhivery for nearly three years, where he contributed to business strategy, revenue assurance, P&L management and leadership development. His work strengthened profitability, improved planning accuracy and enhanced gross profit visibility across fast-moving business verticals.
Before rejoining Delhivery, Kushal spent close to two years at JUSDA Supply Chain Management International Co., Ltd. as Manager – Sales FTL, leading enterprise sales, P&L oversight, market intelligence and business planning for key accounts in the FTL domain.
Earlier, he served at CHEP as Associate Manager – New Sales for over two years, where he expanded customer portfolios and supported new business development across the Gurugram region.
Across his earlier years, Kushal held multiple sales and client-facing roles at Delhivery, including Senior Sales Associate, Sales Associate, Senior Sales Executive and Direct Sales Executive. These roles helped him build his foundational expertise in sales management, solution selling, new client acquisition and customer relationship management. His career began with internships at IRCTC and Vayam Technologies Ltd., where he worked on technology-led transport optimization and digital system enhancement projects.
