In her new role, she will oversee Capitol Airspace Group’s financial strategy, focusing on strengthening fiscal operations, optimizing financial planning, and supporting the company’s continued growth in aviation consulting and airspace analytics.
Prior to her appointment at Capitol Airspace Group, Lauren served as a Finance Advisor at Snowflake, where she played an instrumental role in financial analysis and strategic advisory for enterprise data management initiatives. Her expertise in financial modeling and business performance assessment helped drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth within the organization.
Before joining Snowflake, Lauren spent nearly seven years at Crunchy Data, where she rose through multiple finance leadership roles — from Senior Accountant to Senior Director of Finance. During her tenure, she was responsible for scaling financial operations, implementing robust financial controls, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and compliance functions that supported the company’s expansion.
Earlier in her career, Lauren worked with ScienceLogic as a Revenue Accountant, where she managed revenue recognition and audit processes, and with Invincea, Inc. as a Staff Accountant, developing her foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and corporate compliance. Her cumulative experience across these organizations reflects her commitment to precision, transparency, and strategic alignment in financial leadership.
