Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, March 2025 – Lea Allah has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Builders FirstSource (BFS). With nearly 21 years of experience at BFS, she has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and fostering a strong workplace culture within the company.
Lea Allah has been with Builders FirstSource for over two decades, holding several key HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director – Corporate Human Resources, where she led strategic HR initiatives, workforce development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs at a national level. Before this, she was Senior Director of Human Resources and National DEI Lead, where she was responsible for driving HR excellence, implementing talent engagement strategies, and leading change management projects.
Earlier in her career, she held the position of Regional Human Resources Director, where she played a key role in merging HR operations during the BMC and Builders FirstSource integration. Prior to that, she was Director of Human Resources for the Mid-Atlantic Division at BMC, where she led employee relations, performance management, and HR process optimization.
She started her HR journey as an HR Representative and later progressed to HR Manager, demonstrating strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and a commitment to building a high-performing workforce.
