Stirling, Scotland, United Kingdom, December 2025 – Leigh Annison has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at iGii, marking a significant milestone in the company’s leadership journey as it scales its mission of revolutionising industries with sustainable carbon nanomaterial solutions. In her new capacity, Leigh will lead iGii’s global people strategy, focusing on aligning talent development with the organisation’s fast-paced innovation agenda across diagnostics, environmental monitoring, and ESG-led technologies.
Prior to joining iGii, Leigh Annison served as Head of HR at Murzuq Oil Services Limited for approximately four years, where she held ultimate responsibility for all people-based activities within the company. She also managed HR consultancy offerings to a wide range of clients, delivering strong people leadership and compliance in a dynamic environment.
Before this, she was the Senior HR Business Partner at KCA Deutag, leading HR operations for the Offshore Division and supporting a global workforce of nearly 4,000 personnel. Her strategic HR leadership enabled a high-impact, commercially focused approach to talent and operations.
Leigh’s earlier tenure at Hunter Adams, where she held dual roles as Managing Director and previously Director of HR, spanned over seven years. She was instrumental in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, overseeing consultancy projects globally, and nurturing HR capability across a diverse SME client base.
Earlier in her career, Leigh held international HR leadership roles at Production Services Network (PSN) and WGPSN, where she oversaw operations across more than 25 countries and managed large HR teams supporting headcounts exceeding 10,000 employees. These roles shaped her global HR acumen and her ability to manage complex, multicultural workforces.
