Cleveland, Ohio, United States, June 2024 – Liana Keter has been appointed as the new VP of Talent Development at Saber Healthcare Group. Liana brings extensive experience in operations and talent management to her new role, where she will focus on enhancing talent development initiatives across the organization.
Liana has been with Saber Healthcare Group for approximately 8 years and 7 months. Before her promotion to VP of Talent Development, she served as the Regional Vice President Of Operations for about 2 years and 11 months, where she was responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and ensuring operational excellence.
Prior to that, Liana worked as an Administrator at Oaks of Brecksville within Saber Healthcare Group for approximately 5 years and 9 months. She managed daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Liana also held the role of Life Enrichment Assistant and State Tested Nursing Assistant at Western Reserve Masonic Community, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and enrichment activities.
Earlier in her career, she completed an Administrator in Training program at Western Reserve Masonic Community, where she learned managerial functions, finance concepts, and relevant laws affecting healthcare facilities.
Additionally, Liana worked as a Student Manager at Eastway Cafe for around 3 years and 4 months, training and monitoring over 50 employees, organizing events, and maintaining positive relationships with employees and management.
