Bringing over a decade of expertise in human resources management and strategic planning, Lígia is poised to steer Saab UK’s HR initiatives to new heights.
Prior to her promotion, Lígia served as an HR Business Partner at Saab UK for eight months, where she played a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. Her appointment as Head of Human Resources marks a significant step in her journey at Saab UK, underscoring her profound impact on the organization in a short time.
Before joining Saab UK, Lígia was the HR Manager at Cranswick Country Foods PLC for over a year, managing comprehensive HR functions and contributing to strategic planning and implementation. At Wren Kitchens, she held several roles including Head of Manufacturing People and Senior HR Advisor, where she developed and executed HR strategies that significantly enhanced organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Her earlier roles include significant contributions at Lincolnshire County Council where she managed inclusion services, supporting children and adults with additional needs, and orchestrated community cohesion initiatives as the Manager of Multicultural Development Service.
