United Kingdom, June 2025 – Lindsey Stone has been appointed as Head of Talent at Greene King, one of the UK’s leading pub and brewing companies. In her new role, Lindsey will lead Greene King’s Talent Centre of Expertise, overseeing the design and delivery of enterprise-wide talent strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, next-generation hiring strategies, and inclusive talent operations.
Lindsey has been with Greene King for nearly four years, previously serving as Group Head of Talent Acquisition. During this time, she transformed the employer brand, launched inclusive hiring programs, introduced data-driven platforms like Smart Recruiters resulting in £2 million in savings, and championed internal mobility initiatives. Her strategic leadership significantly enhanced Greene King’s reputation in talent attraction and diversity.
Before joining Greene King, Lindsey was European Talent Acquisition Director at PVH Corp., overseeing recruitment across the European HQ for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. She led employer branding, system integrations like Workday, and drove executive hiring strategies, playing a pivotal role in skills-based mobility and modern TA practices.
Previously, she worked as Talent Acquisition Leader at NATO’s NCI Agency, where she led recruitment strategies across 29 global countries, focusing on Cyber and Tech hiring. She collaborated on HR operating model transformations and upgraded employer branding and technology platforms.
Her earlier experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at Marks and Spencer, where she implemented digital assessment tools and led team hiring across Shared Services and Customer Services. Lindsey also held HR and resourcing roles at Royal Mail PFS, Angela Mortimer Group, and La Crème. She briefly supported her family business before re-entering corporate leadership.
