Mr. Sinha is the visionary who redefined Mumbai’s urban and mobility landscape, leading the development of the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, and the planned city of Navi, Mumbai. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping modern India’s urban and infrastructure narrative.

At LML Realty, Mr. Sinha will guide the company’s technical, infrastructural, and strategic roadmap, ensuring the same hallmark of innovation and execution excellence that once defined Mumbai’s transformation. He will focus on building LML Industrial Park into a model for sustainable, future-ready industrial development, integrating smart utilities, green infrastructure, and circular resource systems aligned with India’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.

“Mr. Sinha’s appointment marks a defining moment for LML Realty,” said Yogesh Bhatia, MD and CEO, LML Realty. “His expertise in planning and executing some of India’s most iconic infrastructure projects brings unmatched value as we work toward establishing LML Industrial Park as the country’s most credible and transformative industrial destination.”

Mr. Sinha’s leadership comes as LML Realty enters a new phase of growth. His involvement will further strengthen the company’s governance, speed of execution, and sustainability-led approach, positioning LML Realty as a frontrunner in India’s industrial infrastructure sector.

From the man who built Mumbai — Chairman of CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation) and often hailed as the Father of Modern Infrastructure Execution in India — comes a bold new vision to build the future of industrial India.
