Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States, April 2025 – Inspire Veterinary Partners Inc has announced the appointment of Lynley Kees as its new Chief People Officer. In this pivotal role, Kees will lead the company’s human resources function, overseeing strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance, compensation, and benefits, while championing a workplace culture aligned with Inspire’s mission-driven ethos.
Prior to this promotion, Kees served as Vice President of Human Resources at Inspire Veterinary Partners, playing a critical role in strengthening the organization’s people practices and aligning them with its unique value-driven operating model. Her deep understanding of the company’s culture and people priorities positions her to lead Inspire’s HR strategy through its next phase of growth.
Before joining Inspire, Kees served as VP of Human Resources at Puppet, where she contributed to organizational restructuring and talent alignment to support agile product development and customer success. Her experience in high-growth tech companies gave her a strong foundation in leading modern HR practices in fast-paced environments.
Earlier, she held the role of Senior Director, HRBP at Nike, where she partnered with global business units to deliver employee experience strategies and workforce planning initiatives that strengthened Nike’s global brand culture.
Kees also spent more than five years at Hilton Worldwide as Vice President of Human Resources, where she was instrumental in developing HR frameworks for hospitality excellence. Her earlier roles include HR leadership at EYA, Grant Morgan Associates, and Crestline Hotels & Resorts, bringing her total experience to nearly three decades in people leadership across diverse industries.
