In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent development, and organizational culture, aligning people priorities with MISTRAS Group’s mission of delivering world-class safety, reliability, and performance solutions.
Maggie joins MISTRAS Group after serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Endeavor Schools for nearly three years. In this capacity, she directed HR strategy for the education network, driving workforce transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Before Endeavor Schools, she was Vice President of Human Resources, Americas at Bureau Veritas, where she managed HR operations for over 6,400 employees across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. She successfully led talent acquisition restructuring, boosted employee engagement, and created an M&A Playbook that ensured smooth integrations with zero turnover and high employee satisfaction.
Her decade-long tenure as Vice President of Human Resources North America at Embraer showcased her ability to lead HR in a high-growth, global aerospace environment. She designed and implemented the HR Business Partner model, established a recruiting strategy that tripled headcount growth, and developed cultural assimilation programs that preserved organizational identity during expansion.
Earlier in her career, Maggie held senior HR roles at DHL, Regions Bank, First Union/Wachovia, KPMG, and Citicorp. Across these positions, she built a strong foundation in organizational design, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations. Her career has been defined by driving large-scale HR transformations and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.
