Evansville, Indiana, United States, February 2026 — Magnera Corporation (NYSE: MAGN) has appointed Elmer Boeke as VP IT Global Infrastructure and Operations. He has assumed the role in January 2026 and will be based in Evansville, Indiana.
In this position, Boeke will lead global IT infrastructure and operations strategy, strengthening enterprise-wide technology capabilities, operational resilience, and digital enablement to support Magnera’s global customer base and diversified material solutions portfolio.
Prior to joining Magnera Corporation, Boeke spent over 23 years at Berry Global, Inc., where he most recently served as VP Global IT Services. In this role, he led global IT service delivery, infrastructure management, and enterprise operations across a multinational footprint.
Earlier at Berry Global, he held the position of Director of IMS Help Desk and Administrative Services, where he built and scaled support functions, strengthened IT governance frameworks, and enhanced service performance across the organization.
With more than two decades of leadership experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, Boeke brings deep expertise in global service delivery, operational excellence, and enterprise technology strategy to Magnera Corporation.
