Tehran, Tehran Province, Iran, July 2025 – Mahboobeh Mohammadi has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kplus (کی پلاس), a leading producer of drywall systems and plaster materials in Iran. In her new role, Mahboobeh will lead Kplus’s HR function, driving talent strategies, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness to support the company’s ongoing innovation and growth across the construction materials sector.
Mahboobeh brings over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Prior to joining Kplus, she served as Human Resources Director at Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals, where she led strategic HR operations and supported the company’s pharma and operational teams for nearly two years.
Earlier, she worked at Tejarat Sharq Industries Company (TSIC) as an HR Business Partner, managing critical HR initiatives across a period of approximately two years. Her work at TSIC involved designing and executing HR strategies aligned with operational priorities.
Mahboobeh also had a nearly 10-year tenure at MTN Irancell, one of Iran’s largest telecom operators, where she held multiple senior roles including Capability & Learning Senior Manager, HR Operations Senior Manager, Staffing Manager, and Talent Management Specialist. Her work spanned capability building, HR operations, talent management, and workforce development across the organization.
She began her HR journey at Modiran Khodro (MVM) and DATAK Telecom, where she served as HR Expert, gaining valuable early-career experience across various HR functions and setting the foundation for her long-term success in the field.
