Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Mahi Rath has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Carlson Hall Solutions, bringing with her a strong global background in HR leadership across technology, pharmaceuticals, global capability centers, and professional services. In her new role, she will lead the organisation’s people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and steer culture transformation for next-generation tech and GCC environments.
Mahi most recently served at AHEAD, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the organisation’s India operations. She joined as one of the earliest employees and progressed to Senior Director, People & Culture, after serving as Director, People & Culture. During her tenure, she was instrumental in establishing the India Centre of Excellence, aligning people practices with rapid business growth, driving collaboration across teams, and strengthening the people function end to end.
Before AHEAD, Mahi worked with Rackspace Technology in progressive leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Manager, Global Talent Development and Racker Experience. In these roles, she managed the full spectrum of HR operations, talent development, employee experience, HR business partnering, and HR operations across global teams, shaping people practices for large-scale technology environments.
Prior to Rackspace, Mahi contributed to the people function at Carlson Hall Solutions as an HR Business Partner, gaining hands-on experience across HR operations and organisational development. She also held HR roles at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where she supported HR initiatives across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, and at International SOS, where she worked as Senior Executive Human Resources, driving employee lifecycle and HR operations.
Earlier in her career, Mahi built her HR foundation through roles at PAL GROUP (OPERATIONS) LIMITED, NCR Corporation, and a Human Resources internship at Tata Steel. Across these experiences, she developed strong expertise in stakeholder management, talent processes, and HR operations across diverse sectors and geographies.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from ASBM University, strengthening her expertise in strategic HR, talent development, and organisational behaviour.
