Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has appointed Vikram Goel as its new Chief Business Officer. In this role, he will lead business strategy, growth initiatives, and integrated real estate solutions, driving the company’s expansion across residential, commercial, and industrial real estate markets.
Prior to joining Mahindra Lifespaces, Vikram served as Senior Vice President – Realty Business Finance at HDFC Bank, where he played a key role in real estate financing, investment strategies, and business development. Before that, he was Head of the Special Situations Group: Construction Finance at HDFC Limited, overseeing strategic financial planning and project management for key construction projects.

Vikram also brings extensive leadership experience from HDFC Realty, where he served as CEO for nearly six years, spearheading real estate advisory, sales, and business expansion. Additionally, he led Quikr Realty Ltd. as CEO, focusing on digital transformation and online-to-offline real estate sales strategies. His tenure in the real estate sector spans leadership roles in business development, operations, and mortgage financing, including key positions at HDFC Limited, where he headed the mortgage business across the Middle East region.
