Paris, Île-de-France, France, October 2025 – L’Oréal, the world’s No.1 beauty group, has announced the appointment of Mai-Linh Dao-Ferguson as Global Head of People Experience – Communications & Engagement. In her new role, Mai-Linh will lead the company’s global people experience strategy, focusing on enhancing internal communications, strengthening employee engagement, and driving L’Oréal’s purpose-driven culture across its worldwide operations.

With over 25 years of experience at L’Oréal, Mai-Linh Dao-Ferguson has built a distinguished career in HR, communications, and corporate affairs. Most recently, she served as Global HR Vice President – Corporate Affairs & Engagement, where she spent six years shaping the company’s global engagement and people strategies, driving inclusion, empowerment, and communication excellence across L’Oréal’s international network.

Prior to this, she was Asia Pacific Corporate Communications, Sustainability & Public Affairs Director, a role she held for six years. Based in the region, she successfully led sustainability initiatives, employee communication programs, and external reputation management efforts that aligned L’Oréal’s operations with its global corporate responsibility agenda.

Earlier in her journey, Mai-Linh held several strategic leadership roles at L’Oréal in France, including Operations Communications Director, Operations Talent Manager, and HR Director at the Rambouillet Factory. These experiences equipped her with deep operational expertise and a strong understanding of how culture, communication, and employee experience intersect to create organizational excellence.

Mai-Linh began her L’Oréal career in 2000 as a Legal Manager and quickly transitioned into HR leadership roles within the Cosmétique Active Division, underscoring her versatility and commitment to driving holistic employee and organizational development.
