A seasoned professional and Indian Institute of Management, Indore alumnus, Major Palai’s appointment underscores Incture’s commitment to strengthening its leadership pipeline and nurturing a people-first organizational culture. His extensive experience in leadership development, talent transformation, and human resources strategy will be pivotal as the company continues its global growth journey.

Before joining Incture, Major Palai served for over 12 years as an officer and aviator in the Indian Army, where he honed his skills in leadership, discipline, and strategic operations. His military service instilled a deep sense of purpose, resilience, and commitment to excellence—values that continue to shape his leadership approach.

Transitioning to the corporate world, he joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he spent more than 17 years in multiple leadership roles, including HR Head – Business Group, Business Unit HR Head, and Head of Recruitment. At TCS, he was instrumental in driving business HR strategies, managing large-scale talent acquisition, and leading engagement initiatives across geographies. His strategic HR acumen and ability to build high-performing teams have been central to his success.
