Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, August 2025 — Malgorzata D. has joined GFT Technologies as the new Chief People Officer, where she will lead the company’s global people agenda, focusing on talent strategy, organizational transformation, and inclusive leadership across GFT’s growing footprint in over 20 countries.
Prior to this, Malgorzata spent nearly 12 years at Deloitte, most recently as CE Advisory Talent Leader, where she led large-scale talent initiatives across Central Europe. She played a pivotal role in designing and executing cross-border strategies in learning, mobility, onboarding, DEI, and promotion frameworks. Earlier, she also served as Deputy HR Director for Deloitte Poland and Senior HR Manager, where she led multiple transformation projects including remote work policies, HR digital systems, and the Future of Work strategy for Finance Advisory.
Before Deloitte, she spent almost 9 years at PwC, where she progressed from Senior Associate to Senior Manager, managing internal HR and later consulting assignments. Her career began at Antal International, where she worked as Manager – Banking & Insurance, focusing on recruitment and talent consulting for financial institutions.
Malgorzata brings over 18 years of experience in HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder management, and DEI. She is widely respected for her thought leadership in driving regional learning frameworks, career mobility, and people transformation at scale.
