Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2024 – Maniissh Aroraa has been appointed as SVP, US&C Advisory – India Knowledge Services at Marsh. He expressed his gratitude to everyone who has supported and guided him during his transition from Mercer to Marsh. He is deeply grateful to IKS leaders Siva Prasath B and Ravi Shanker for their unwavering support and belief in his abilities, and for the mentorship that has led to this new chapter in his career.
Maniissh Aroraa has taken on the role of SVP, US&C Advisory (IKS) at Marsh, where he started in January 2024. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the US&C Advisory within the India Knowledge Services, leveraging his extensive experience to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful results.
Before joining Marsh, Maniissh was the Strategy, Transition & Transformation Leader at Mercer. From March 2021 to December 2023, he managed a portfolio of strategic projects, including transition and change delivery, global strategic projects, technology transformations, and sales pipeline management & revenue forecasting.
Prior to his tenure at Mercer, Maniissh spent over 13 years at IBM India Private Limited. As a Transition and Transformation Leader from March 2016 to February 2021, he managed multiple large-scale projects, drove organizational engagement initiatives, and mentored individuals to build strong transition capabilities. In his earlier role as Sr. Delivery Project Executive/GM: Sales, Delivery & Marketing Operations, he was instrumental in stakeholder management, performance management, process improvements, recruitment & transition, and employee engagement.
At Fidelity Investments, Maniissh served as a Senior Analyst – Competitive Strategy & Research from September 2005 to October 2007, where he provided analysis, opinions, and recommendations on significant market activities, tracked competitors, and managed research requests from various business units.
From September 2004 to September 2005, he worked at Pfizer Ltd. as an Assistant Manager – Consumer Health Care Division, contributing to strategic initiatives within the consumer health care division.
Maniissh’s career began at AC Nielsen as a Senior Research Executive from 2002 to 2004, followed by a brief stint as a Management Trainee at Johnson & Johnson in 2001.
