Before joining Pidilite, Manish held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited for over 15 years. Here, he established a robust digital presence, launching a new digital business vertical and leading award-winning campaigns like “Sabse Pahle Life Insurance.” His tenure saw the creation of effective customer journeys, data-driven marketing, and tech-led transformations that significantly boosted the company’s online growth.
Manish’s early career included significant roles at General Mills as Group Brand Manager for Pillsbury and Asian Paints, where he was pivotal in launching the Royale and Asian Paints Exteriors portfolios. At Asian Paints, Manish led comprehensive strategies that revolutionized product offerings, supply chains, and retail experiences, propelling the brand to a leadership position in both interior and exterior paint markets.
