Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, February 2026 — Manish Swami has started a new position as Vice President Human Resources at Sintex Industries Limited, where he will lead the organization’s human resources strategy and people agenda. In this role, he serves as Head HR at Sintex Industries Ltd, a member of Reliance Industries, supporting the company’s continued expansion and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Sintex Industries Limited, Manish served as Chief Human Resources Officer at SANGAM INDIA LTD, Bhilwara, where he led the development and execution of the HR department’s strategic roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. He oversaw recruitment and talent strategies, employee relations frameworks, performance management systems, compensation and benefits programs, and compliance with labor regulations. His leadership extended to workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, HR analytics, and change management programs, while managing HR budgets and presenting strategic reports to senior leadership.
Earlier, Manish held senior HR leadership roles at BMD Private Limited and Mafatlal Industries Limited, where he accumulated extensive experience in human capital management and executive development. Across these organizations, he played a key role in strengthening HR operations, building scalable people systems, and supporting business growth through structured HR frameworks.
With decades of experience in strategic human resources leadership, Manish brings deep expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and HR transformation. His appointment reinforces Sintex Industries Limited’s focus on building strong people capabilities to support its global growth ambitions.
