Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Fino Payments Bank Ltd has announced the appointment of Manjiri Barve as Head of HR, where she will spearhead strategic HR initiatives, culture transformation, and talent engagement to enhance workforce productivity. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving HR digital transformation, performance management, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. With a strong background in organizational development and HR technology, Manjiri brings extensive experience in building high-performing teams and aligning people strategy with business objectives.
Before joining Fino Payments Bank, she served as National Head – HR Technology at YES BANK, where she led HR digital transformation and regulatory compliance initiatives. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in implementing scalable HR solutions, optimizing workforce planning, and enhancing employee engagement through data-driven strategies.

Prior to YES BANK, she was Chief People Officer at Cedar Management Consulting International and IBS Intelligence, where she drove HR transformation, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives. She successfully designed and implemented HR processes that supported organizational growth and talent management strategies across multiple business verticals.
Earlier in her career, Manjiri held leadership roles at WNS Global Services, Lupin, and Towers Watson, where she played a significant role in succession planning, HR transformation, and leadership development. At Lupin, she led HR strategy across multiple global operations, R&D centers, and manufacturing locations, driving process automation, change management, and talent optimization programs.
