New Delhi, Delhi, India, December 2025 — Manoj Sharma has taken charge as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at ANAND Automotive Pvt. Ltd. (ANAND Group India). In his new role, he will lead group-wide HR strategy, talent transformation, leadership development, organization restructuring, performance management, succession planning, and culture building initiatives across ANAND Group’s diversified automotive and mobility businesses.
With nearly three decades of HR leadership experience across India’s automotive and manufacturing ecosystem, Manoj Sharma brings deep expertise in building high-performance cultures, large-scale workforce transformation, and people strategy aligned to business growth.
Before his current appointment, he served as Senior Vice President & CHRO at MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Private Limited, where he played a pivotal role in designing forward-looking HR frameworks, leading organization restructuring, succession and career planning programs, leadership development initiatives, and company-wide performance and rewards strategies.
Earlier, he was Vice President & Head – Human Resources at Gabriel India Limited, where he strengthened HR governance, industrial relations, leadership pipelines, and workforce engagement across manufacturing operations.
His international exposure includes an expatriate leadership assignment with Takata Corporation, Japan, and he has also served as General Manager – HR at Spicer India Ltd., part of ANAND Automotive Systems, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles during a long and impactful tenure within the group.
He began his HR leadership journey with Behr India (part of MAHLE Group), where he spent over a decade building plant HR systems and talent management practices. Manoj holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management (HR) from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
