Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Mansi Agarwal has been appointed as Senior Director – Business Development at Myntra, further strengthening the company’s strategic growth agenda in India’s fast-evolving fashion and lifestyle ecosystem.
In her new role, Mansi will drive strategic business growth initiatives and deepen key commercial partnerships as Myntra continues to expand its footprint in fashion retail and consumer engagement. Based in Bengaluru, she will focus on accelerating international and strategic business development efforts aligned with the company’s long-term expansion plans.
Prior to this appointment, Mansi served as Head of Strategy at Trent Ltd, where she played a central role in shaping enterprise strategy and driving growth initiatives over four years. Earlier, she held leadership positions at Aditya Birla Group, working in the Chairman’s Office and Group Corporate Strategy. In these roles, she supported the Chairman in reviewing business performance, steering planning and budgeting cycles, evaluating M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, and advancing new growth initiatives across the Group.
She also previously worked as Senior Manager at Brand Capital, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd, and as Vice President at Polar Group. Mansi began her career at Goldman Sachs in London as an Analyst, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic evaluation.
With 17 years of cross-sector experience spanning corporate strategy, M&A, business development, and leadership roles across retail, media, and financial services, Mansi brings a well-rounded strategic perspective to Myntra’s growth journey.
