Maryana Madorsky Appointed as Vice President, Global People Business Partners at Slice

New York, United States, September 2025 – Maryana Madorsky has been appointed as Vice President, Global People Business Partners at Slice, a company dedicated to empowering local pizzerias with cutting-edge technology and services. In her new role, Maryana will lead the global People Business Partner function, driving strategic HR partnership across geographies to align people strategies with business growth.

Prior to joining Slice, Maryana Madorsky served for nearly three years at Lyft, most recently as Director, People Business Partners. She led a team supporting Lyft’s Rider and Driver Experience organizations, including tech, operations, and public policy functions. In earlier roles at Lyft, she acted as People Business Partner for the entire People function and took on Chief of Staff responsibilities to the Chief People Officer, along with supporting the Finance organization. Her work focused on strategic org design, change management, and talent strategy at scale.

Before Lyft, she spent over five years at Marriott International, progressing from Human Resources Business Partner to Director-level roles at Marriott HQ. She supported multiple global functions including Brand and Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Experience, and Homes & Villas. Her strategic HR leadership played a key role in elevating employee engagement and aligning HR initiatives to business transformation goals.

Earlier in her career, Maryana held key HR roles in the hospitality sector, including as Director of Human Resources at W Boston Hotel and Residences, and prior leadership roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where she gained comprehensive experience in field HR leadership, transitions, and multi-property management.

She also worked in operations early in her career, serving as a Restaurant Manager in Pittsburgh and later contributing to international strategy as a Consultant for AGCO Corporation, where her team’s recommendation led to the development of a new distribution center in Brazil. Maryana holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
