Toronto, Ontario, Canada, December 2024 – Meegan Carlson has been named Vice President, People & Revenue Operations at Acuity Insights, a global leader in higher education program management and admissions assessment solutions. In her new role, Meegan will focus on driving people-first strategies, enhancing business processes, and optimizing revenue operations to support organizational growth.
Meegan has been with Acuity Insights for over three years, where she has held leadership roles across People & Culture and Revenue Operations. She most recently served as Senior Director, People & Revenue Operations, leading strategic initiatives that optimized business processes and championed employee engagement and leadership development. Before this, she held positions including Director of Revenue Operations and Director of People & Culture, where she successfully aligned sales, marketing, and customer success functions to drive operational efficiency.
Prior to Acuity Insights, Meegan spent over six years at One45 Software, a SaaS-based education technology firm, in roles such as Director of Revenue, Customer Operations Manager, and Customer Success Manager. During her tenure, she oversaw sales, marketing, and customer success efforts while improving customer satisfaction and optimizing revenue strategies.
Earlier in her career, Meegan spent nearly 14 years at Dalhousie University, where she served as Manager of Education and Postgraduate Education Coordinator within the Department of Medicine. She played a key role in supervising medical education and supporting administrative leadership across postgraduate training programs.
