Melissa has spent nearly five years with Bristol Myers Squibb, previously holding impactful roles such as Global Head of Talent during a talent management tour of duty, and Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – Global Product Development & Supply. Her tenure also included leading global sourcing and pipelining efforts, significantly advancing BMS’s ability to access niche talent at scale.
