Cork, Ireland, March 2025 – Keelvar, a leading global provider of sourcing optimization and autonomous sourcing solutions, has promoted Michelle Punch to Head of People Operations. In this new role, Michelle will lead people operations strategies, enhance employee experience, and drive HR transformation to support Keelvar’s continued growth and global expansion.
Michelle has been an integral part of Keelvar for nearly three years, serving as People Operations Manager since July 2022. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in streamlining HR processes, fostering a high-performance culture, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Before joining Keelvar, Michelle spent over a decade at Marriott International, where she held various HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist. In these roles, she was responsible for talent development, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning across multiple locations.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where she gained extensive experience in human resources administration, talent acquisition, and HR operations. She also held an Assistant Manager role at Red Dot in Cork, further strengthening her expertise in people management and operational efficiency.
