Egypt, September 2024 – Mohamed El Feky has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources and Administration Affairs at Hutchison Ports, one of the world’s leading port network operators. In his new role, Mohamed will be responsible for overseeing and aligning HR strategies with the company’s objectives, driving employee engagement, and streamlining administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Before joining Hutchison Ports, Mohamed El Feky served as an HR Consultant – Management Advisor at Riyada Gulf from July 2023 to August 2024, where he provided strategic HR leadership and corporate communication advice. His contributions were instrumental in refining HR policies and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Prior to that, Mohamed was the HR Manager – Employee Relations / Sr. HR BP at Saint-Gobain Glass Egypt from February 2022 to July 2023. In this role, he led initiatives to improve employee engagement, coached leadership teams, and managed global compensation strategies, contributing to the company’s success in Egypt.
Earlier in his career, he held the position of Human Resources Manager / Sr. HR BP at Atrium Quality Contractors from January 2020 to February 2022, where he was responsible for driving HR strategies, team leadership, and improving decision-making processes within the organization.
