Dickinson, Texas, United States, January 2025 – Morgan Muraca has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at AMOCO Federal Credit Union. With nearly seven years of experience at AMOCO, she will now lead the organization’s HR strategy, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives to support its growing workforce.
Morgan Muraca has been an integral part of AMOCO Federal Credit Union for nearly seven years, most recently serving as HR Compensation and Benefits Manager. In this role, she led compensation strategy, benefits administration, and workforce planning to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Coordinator, where she played a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

Before joining AMOCO, Morgan worked at Dickinson Independent School District as Operations and Facilities Coordinator for five years, where she managed facility operations and supported administrative functions. She also gained extensive experience in finance and administration at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, holding roles as Accounting Technician and Administrative Assistant over a span of nearly six years.
Morgan holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, equipping her with deep expertise in employment law, HR compliance, and workplace policies.
