Lagos State, Nigeria, October 2025 – LATC, a dynamic and diversified conglomerate with operations spanning agriculture, marine logistics, and retail franchise management, has announced the appointment of Motunrayo Famoye as Head, Talent & People Operations (Group). In this role, Motunrayo will lead LATC’s human capital strategy, talent management, and people operations, aligning workforce development with the Group’s growth objectives and innovation-driven business agenda.
Motunrayo Famoye brings nearly a decade of experience in human resources leadership, organizational culture building, and people operations across industries such as insurance, financial services, and technology.
Before joining LATC, she served at Tangerine Africa, one of Nigeria’s leading financial services and insurance groups, for almost four years. She most recently held the role of Head of Human Resources, where she drove HR strategy, organizational culture, and employee engagement. Prior to that, she served as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner, partnering with business leaders to implement people strategies that enhanced workforce performance, productivity, and alignment with business objectives.
Earlier in her career, Motunrayo spent over four years at Coronation Insurance Plc., where she served as Human Resources Generalist. In this role, she gained hands-on experience across recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and policy development—laying the foundation for her strong people management acumen.
Her professional journey began in the technology domain with AGL Consulting Ltd., where she worked as an Information Technology Support Specialist, supporting enterprise clients on Sage X3 applications and business systems—an experience that equipped her with a strong appreciation for technology-driven process improvement.
