Cairo, Egypt – Napco Pharma (NATIONAL COMPANY FOR PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES) has appointed Moustafa Al Shanawany as the new Head of Human Resources. With a solid background spanning over a decade in human resources and organizational management, Al Shanawany is set to lead the HR operations at one of Egypt’s foremost pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to his new role at Napco Pharma, Moustafa Al Shanawany served as a Human Resources Generalist at DDC INTERNATIONAL FACTORY since October 2023. His responsibilities included overseeing HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and streamlining HR processes to support business objectives effectively.
Between March and November 2023, Al Shanawany was a Human Resources Generalist at Four Brothers, where he implemented strategic HR interventions aimed at optimizing organizational productivity and workforce satisfaction. His tenure at City Glass from March to October 2022 as a Recruitment Specialist saw him excel in optimizing the recruitment lifecycle to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Moustafa’s early career was marked by roles that shaped his expertise in HR operations. He has held significant positions at various organizations, including JoVi Tronix and Rehana Royal Hotels and Resorts, where he developed foundational skills in administrative supervision and operational management. These experiences have equipped him with a robust understanding of the HR field, particularly in high-demand environments.
