Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Mr. Anil Gupta has joined Abhee Ventures as Vice President – Sales & CRM, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, and business development across India’s leading real estate and financial services organizations. In his new role, he will spearhead Abhee Ventures’ sales operations, channel strategy, and customer experience initiatives, contributing to the company’s continued growth in South India’s competitive real estate market.
Before joining Abhee Ventures, Mr. Gupta served as Assistant Vice President – Residential Sales at Bhartiya Urban, where he played a key role in driving residential sales and leading high-performing teams for landmark projects such as Nikoo Homes. His leadership helped strengthen Bhartiya Urban’s presence in Bengaluru’s premium real estate segment through strategic sales initiatives and customer engagement excellence.
Earlier, he held the position of Deputy General Manager – Channel Sales (North Bangalore) at Puravankara Ltd., where he built and led a dynamic sales force, implemented effective market strategies, and achieved significant sales growth across villas, villaments, and apartment projects. His tenure was marked by his ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans that improved revenue and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Gupta also served as Business Head at ANAROCK Property Consultants, managing a team of over 20 professionals with operational oversight of sales performance, profitability, and expansion strategy. Prior to that, he held senior roles in banking and financial services, including Associate Vice President – Exclusive Banking at IndusInd Bank, where he managed high-net-worth client relationships and investment portfolios.
Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience in sales leadership roles at IndiaHomes.com, Axis Securities Ltd., HDFC Securities Ltd., and ICICI Securities, where he led large sales teams and established strong client engagement networks. His cumulative experience across real estate and financial domains positions him as a strategic asset for Abhee Ventures’ growth trajectory.
