In this pivotal role, Mukesh will spearhead AI-driven product innovation globally, leveraging advanced analytics to deliver impactful insights that align with Capgemini’s commitment to business transformation and client success. With a focus on People Analytics, Mukesh aims to enhance employee engagement and deliver actionable recommendations across various global business entities.
With a tenure of over six years at Capgemini, Mukesh has held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as CTO, VP, and Global Head of People Analytics, where he led technology-driven AI innovation across Capgemini Group. Under his guidance, Capgemini developed GenAI-based insights and predictive models, shaping data-driven people strategies and decisions. His expertise has driven Capgemini’s transformation into a data-driven enterprise, empowering clients with tailored insights to optimize workforce engagement.
Prior to his recent role, Mukesh held positions as CTO, VP, and Global Head of Innovation in AI, Insights, and Data at Capgemini, where he successfully launched platforms like 890byCapgemini and IDEAbyCapgemini, helping numerous Fortune 100 clients achieve data-driven innovation. His focus on creating actionable, AI-based solutions enabled Capgemini to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
Before joining Capgemini, Mukesh worked at VFS Global as CTO, where he led a team that built a cloud-based, scalable platform for visa processing. This platform incorporated analytics, machine learning, and AI, contributing to more streamlined processes across 139 countries. His work in blockchain and identity management furthered VFS Global’s capabilities in civil governance and immigration technology solutions.
Mukesh’s journey also includes extensive experience with Microsoft, where he was Principal Manager for Bing Advertising and Analytics. His role involved setting up a new R&D center and innovating in mobile and digital advertising platforms through predictive analytics and machine learning. His contributions significantly enhanced Microsoft’s targeted advertising capabilities.
